You can control what information appears on your employees’ pay slips. SalaryBox lets you toggle specific components on or off so that pay slips show only the details relevant to your organization.
Note: By default, all components are turned on. Changes you make here will apply to all pay slips generated going forward.

Understanding the Pay Slip Components #
The Customize Pay Slips page has the following components. Each one controls a specific section of the pay slip.
Paid & Pending Salary
Shows how much you have paid in the current pay cycle, what is still owed, and a list of each payment made. The Net Salary line will always appear on the pay slip regardless of this setting.
Attendance Summary
Shows the full attendance block on the pay slip, including present days, absent days, leaves, weekly offs, and total time worked.
Note: If you turn off Attendance Summary, the Hours Worked and Overtime sections will also be hidden from the pay slip automatically. These two options are available only when Attendance Summary is turned on.
- Hours Worked
Shows the total hours worked by the employee in the current pay cycle. This option is available only when Attendance Summary is turned on. - Overtime
Shows extra hours and days worked beyond the regular schedule. This option is available only when Attendance Summary is turned on.
TDS Breakdown
Shows the detailed tax breakdown on the pay slip, including the yearly TDS estimate, taxable income, and tax deducted in the current pay cycle. The TDS line under Deductions will always appear on the pay slip regardless of this setting.
