Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel your SalaryBox subscription and our policy on refunds.

1. General rules

  • SalaryBox subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period if you’ve setup Autopay, until you cancel.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access until then.
  • Subscription payments are non-refundable once the subscription has been activated.

2. How to cancel

Open the SalaryBox app and go to Subscriptions & Billing to cancel your subscription. This will automatically cancel Autopay, and your plan will stay active until the end of your current billing cycle.

If you purchased your subscription through Google Play or the Apple App Store, please cancel from the same store you made the purchase from.

3. Refunds

SalaryBox does not offer refunds on subscription payments.

  • Once a subscription has been activated, the payment is non-refundable. This applies to all plans and all durations.
  • If you cancel mid-cycle, you keep access until the period ends. No pro-rated refund is given for the unused portion.
  • Auto-renewals are not refunded if Autopay wasn’t cancelled before the renewal date.
