Cancel your Subscription

You can cancel your SalaryBox subscription at any time from the Subscriptions & Billing section on both the web portal and the Android app. Once cancelled, your payment mandate will be revoked automatically — no further charges will be made after your current billed period ends.

Steps to Cancel Subscription from the Web #

1. Log in to the SalaryBox web portal.
   
2. Click on ‘Subscriptions & Billing’ from the left navigation menu.
   
3. On the Subscriptions & Billing page, click ‘Check Plan Details‘.
   
4. On the Plan Details page, scroll down and click ‘Cancel Subscription’.
   
5. Once confirmed, your subscription is cancelled and your payment mandate is revoked automatically.
   You will receive a confirmation notification once the cancellation is processed. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billed period.

Steps to Cancel Subscription from the Android App #

1. Log in to the SalaryBox Android application.
   
2. Go to the ‘Settings’ section located at the bottom-right side of the screen.
   
3. Under Subscriptions & Billing, Tap ‘Check Plan Details‘.
   
4. On the Plan Details page, scroll down and tap ‘Cancel Subscription’.
   
5. Once confirmed, your subscription is cancelled and your payment mandate is revoked automatically.
