Available Onboarding Demo Sessions #

SalaryBox offers four types of onboarding demo sessions. Choose the one that best fits your needs:

• Account and Attendance Setup – Get your team up and running with SalaryBox. The expert will help you set up your company profile, add employees, configure shifts, enable GPS or biometric attendance, set up leave policies, and access real-time attendance reports.
• Payroll and Compliance Setup – Get your payroll configured in one session. The expert will help you set up salary structures, statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT & TDS), overtime rules, advances and loans, and automated payslips.
• Biometric Machine Setup – Get your biometric device connected and attendance tracking set up. The expert will help you integrate the device with the app, sync employees and attendance data, and configure attendance settings.
• Live Location Tracking & Field Force CRM Setup – Track your field team’s live location and customer visits. The expert will help you set up live location tracking, route and KM tracking, visit monitoring, and performance reports.

How to Book a Demo from the Web #

1. Log in to the SalaryBox web app.
2. Click on Help in the top-right corner of the screen.
3. On the Support page, you will see several options. Click Schedule Now under the Book Demo card.
4. The Choose Onboarding Demo Session page will open. Select the session type that matches your requirement.
5. Choose a date from the calendar and pick a time slot that works for you.
6. Click Next. A form will appear with your details. Your Full Name, Contact Number, and Email will be auto-filled from your account.
7. Fill in the remaining fields: Total employee count, Share details about your shift timings, and How many branches in your company. You can also invite guests by adding their email addresses.
8. Click Schedule Appointment. Your demo session is now booked. You will receive a confirmation with the date, time, and session details.

How to Book a Demo from Android #

1. Open the SalaryBox app on your Android phone.
2. Tap on Help from the top-right corner or the menu.
3. On the Support page, tap on the Book Demo card.
4. Select the onboarding session type you need.
5. Choose a date and time slot from the available options.
6. Tap Next. Your Full Name, Contact Number, and Email will be auto-filled. Fill in the remaining details like employee count, shift timings, and number of branches.
7. Tap Schedule Appointment to confirm your booking.
