How do I raise a support ticket in SalaryBox?
On the web, go to Help > Raise or View Issues > Add Ticket. On Android, tap the Help icon on the top right of the Home screen, then tap Raise or View Issues > Add Ticket. Fill in the required details and click Submit.
How will I receive responses to my support ticket?
Responses from the SalaryBox support team will appear inside the ticket under the Conversation section. You will also receive the reply on the communication email address you provided while raising the ticket.
Can I close a support ticket myself?
Yes. Open the ticket and click Close Ticket at the bottom. The support team can also close the ticket from their side once the issue is resolved.
What are the different ticket statuses?
Tickets can have three statuses: Open (the issue is being looked into), Closed (the issue has been resolved and the ticket is closed), and On Hold (the ticket is paused and waiting for additional information or action).
Can I attach files to my support ticket?
Yes. While raising a ticket, you can drag and drop files or click the Attachments area to upload them. The maximum file size allowed is 20 MB.
Can I search for a specific ticket?
Yes. Use the Search tickets bar at the top of the My Tickets page to find a specific ticket by keyword.
Where can I see my past tickets?
Go to Help > Raise or View Issues. On the My Tickets page, use the status dropdown to select Closed. All your previously resolved tickets will be listed there.
Can I raise a support ticket by email?
Yes. Send an email to support@salarybox.in with the details of your issue. The support team will create a ticket on your behalf and respond via email.
Is the support ticket feature available on both web and Android?
Yes. You can raise, view, reply to, and close support tickets from both the SalaryBox web app and the Android app. You can also raise a ticket by emailing support@salarybox.in.
