How can I apply for Reimbursement?
You can submit claims for work-related expenses (travel, food, bills, etc.) directly through the SalaryBox app.
Note: This feature is currently available on Android.
Steps to Request Reimbursement (Android)
- Open the SalaryBox App.
- Go to your Profile section.
- Tap on Request Reimbursement.
You will see two tabs: Add Reimbursement and Reimbursement History.
1. Add Reimbursement
Use this option to raise a new reimbursement request.
- Enter the Payment Amount.
- Select the Date of Payment.
- Add Notes (for example: travel fare, fuel, client meeting expense).
- Upload the supporting document (bill/receipt) using the Add Attachment option.
- Once everything is filled, tap Add Reimbursement to submit your request.
Your claim will now be sent to your admin for approval.
2. Reimbursement History
Here you can check the current status of all your claims:
- All (shows every reimbursement request)
- Pending (requests waiting for admin approval)
- Approved (requests accepted by admin)
- Rejected (requests declined by admin)
