How do I manage documents on Android?
Use the My Documents section to view files shared by your admin and to upload your own important documents for company records.
Steps to Access Documents (Android)
- Open the SalaryBox App.
- Go to the My Documents option.
- Here you will be able to see all documents shared by your admin, such as:
- Payslips
- Employment agreement
- Offer/appointment letters
- Company policies
- Any official documents shared for you
- Tap on any document to open or download it.
Upload your own Documents (Android)
If your company requires staff to upload their personal documents, you can do it from this section.
- In My Documents, tap on Add Document.
- Select the file from your phone (Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Driving License, etc.).
- Upload the file.
- Once uploaded, the document stays safe and stored in your profile.
This helps your admin access your documents easily when needed.

- Go to the Documents option.
- You will see all files shared by your admin, such as:
- Payslips
- Employment agreement
- Letters or notices
- Company documents
- Tap on any document to view it.
