How do I use CRM for trips and meetings on Android or iOS?
Use the CRM section to record your field visits, client meetings, and movement during the day. This helps your manager understand your field work activity and keeps your work log updated.
Steps to Update Trips and Meetings (Android & iOS)
Start a Trip
- Open the SalaryBox App.
- Go to the CRM section.
- Tap Start Trip (bottom-right corner).
- Enter the required trip details, such as:
- Odometer Photo
- Initial Odometer Reading
- Any notes (if needed)
- Save the entry to start tracking your trip record.
Add a Meeting
- In the CRM section, tap Add Meetings (bottom-left corner).
- Enter the meeting details:
- Customer Name
- Start and End Time
- Any notes (if needed)
- Save the meeting entry.
Note: Updating CRM regularly ensures your work records stay accurate and visible to your manager.
