You want to organize your employees by creating new departments in SalaryBox, such as Sales, Marketing, HR, or IT. This helps you manage teams better and generate department-specific reports for attendance and payroll.
How to add the Department(s)? #

- Tap on ‘Settings’ in the top right corner
- Tap on ‘My Departments’
- Now tap on ‘Add Department’
- Name the Department, and you are done
How to add employees to the Department(s)? #
- Tap on ‘Manage Employees’ next to the created department
- Now, just add the employee to the Department
How do you edit and delete the Department(s)? #
To Edit:
- Go under the ‘My Department’
- Tap on the ‘Edit’ button to update the name
To Delete:
- Go under the ‘My Department’
- Tap on the ‘Delete’ icon and confirm by typing ‘DELETE’ under the dialogue box
Note: Once deleted, this can not be undone.
