You want to define how many leaves your employees get each month or year, including types such as Casual, Privileged, or Sick Leave. Setting this up in SalaryBox ensures consistent leave policies across your organization and simplifies leave management.

Click on ‘My Team’ and under that, you will find ‘Leave Balances & Policy’.

Let’s set up the leave policy first.
- Click on > ‘Leave Policy’ and further click on > ‘Update Leave Policy’.
- Under this, you will find two different options: Monthly or Yearly, under Select Leave Cycle.
- Monthly means, you are providing leaves every month
- Yearly means you are providing leaves every year
- Add the number of leaves to the leave type (Casual Leave, Privileged Leave, Sick Leave)
- Now you will be getting these two options: Allowed Leaves and Carry-forward Leaves.
- Allowed Leaves are the number of leaves you are providing to your employee (Monthly or Yearly)
- Carry-forward Leaves are the number of unused leaves that can be added to the next month or year
5. Add leaves according to your company policy
On Android App #

- Open the SalaryBox App on your Android device.
- Log in to “Admin Number” or” Branch Admin Number”.
- Tap on the staff Name and click on the “Edit” option from the top right corner of the screen.
- Scroll down the page and tap on the Leave Balances & Policy.
- Let’s set up the leave policy first.
- Click on > ‘Leave Policy’
- Under this, you will find two different options: Monthly or Yearly, under Select Leave Cycle.
