Inviting Staff for Self-Onboarding

You want to simplify the employee onboarding process by letting your staff enter their details in SalaryBox. Inviting them for self-onboarding saves time and reduces errors in data entry.

Android App #

How do I do it as an Admin? #

1. Open our SalaryBox App.
2. Tap on ‘Invite Staff’ visible on the home screen.
3. This will allow you to share the joining link on different mediums like WhatsApp, Message, and other messaging apps.

How to do it as an Employee? #

1. Ask your employees to open/tap on the shared link
2. This will take you to:

• App Store / Play Store, if the employees don’t have the SalaryBox app on their devices
• If they have an app, it will open the SalaryBox App automatically, and they can onboard themself

​Web Login #

How do I do it as an Admin? #

1. Go to ‘My Team’
2. Click on ‘Add staff’ and then ‘Invite staff’
3. Choose one of the invite options:

• Invite via Link – Share the invitation link with your team members through copy link, Share on WhatsApp, and Share via Email
• Invite via QR Code –

1. Tap “Print QR” to print the QR code.      
2. Display the QR code at your workplace.
3. Team members can scan the QR code using their phones and join instantly.
