You want to create unique leave categories like “Work From Home” or “Birthday Leave” to suit your company’s needs. Adding custom leave types in SalaryBox allows you to tailor leave policies and assign them to employees, enhancing flexibility in leave management.
Steps: #

- Go to Settings > Custom Paid Leave.
- Click Add New and enter the name of the leave type (e.g., Work From Home).
- Click Save to create the leave type.

To assign a leave balance: #
- Go to My Team > Leave Balance.
- Find the employee and update their balance under the new custom leave type.
