Log In to SalaryBox App and Web Platform

You are just starting your journey with SalaryBox and want to quickly log in to the app or web using a secure PIN setup instead of entering credentials each time. #

Android App Login #

1. Install the SalaryBox app from the Google Play Store.
2. Tap Install and wait for the app to download.
3. Open the app and enter your mobile number with the country code.
4. You’ll receive a One-Time Password (OTP).
5. Enter the OTP to verify your number.
6. Create a 4-digit PIN for secure login.
7. The app is compatible with Android 5.0 and later.

iOS App Login #

1. Install the SalaryBox app from the Apple App Store.
2. Tap Get and wait for the app to install.
3. Open the app and enter your mobile number with the country code.
4. You’ll receive a One-Time Password (OTP).
5. Enter the OTP to verify your number.
6. Set a 4-digit PIN for secure access.
7. The app runs on iOS 12 and above.

Web Login (Desktop) #

1. Go to the SalaryBox Web Portal.
2. Enter your mobile number with the country code.
3. Enter the OTP received on your phone.
4. Set or enter your 4-digit PIN to access your account.
5. The web portal works on all major browsers: Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox, etc.

For International Plan Users (App and Web) #

• Use your international mobile number (with country code) to log in via the app or web.
• Set a secure 4-digit login PIN.

How to Reset Your 4-Digit Login PIN #

If you forget your PIN:

1. On the login screen, click Reset PIN.
2. Fill out the reset form with:
   • Company Code
   • Registered Mobile Number (with country code)
   • Registered Email ID
3. You’ll receive an OTP to your email.
4. Enter the OTP to verify your identity.
5. Set a new 4-digit PIN.
