How can I see my plan details? #
You can view all your current plan details directly from the SalaryBox web portal or the Android mobile app.
Check Plan Details on the Web: #
1. Log in to the SalaryBox web portal using your admin account.
2. Go to the ‘Subscriptions & Billing’ section on the bottom-left side of the screen.
3. Click on ‘Check Plan Details’ at the top center.
4. Under this section, you will see all your active plan information, including:
- Staff (Number of staff your plan is for)
- Valid Till (Your plan’s expiry date)
- Features (Names of the modules your account has (e.g., Attendance Lite, Attendance Pro, Payroll Pro, Locate, CRM Lite)
Check Plan Details on Android: #
1. Log in to the SalaryBox Android app using your admin account.
2. Go to the ‘Settings’ at the bottom-right corner.
3. Tap on ‘Subscriptions & Billing’
4. Choose ‘Check current plan details’
5. Under this section, you will see all your active plan information, including:
- Valid Till (Your plan’s expiry date)
- Staff (Number of staff your plan is for)
- Features (Names of the modules your account has (e.g., Attendance Lite, Attendance Pro, Payroll Pro, Locate, CRM Lite)
- Add-Ons (if any)
