Add Investment Declarations

How do I submit my investment declarations on the SalaryBox Web?

Staff can log in to the SalaryBox Web to update their Tax Declarations if TDS applies to them.

Steps to Log In (Web)

1. Open the SalaryBox Web in your browser.
2. Log in using your registered mobile number.
3. After logging in, you will see:
   • Company Name and Company Code on the top-left corner

This confirms that you have successfully logged in as a staff member.

How to View and Update Your Tax Declarations (TDS / Investments)

If your company deducts TDS, you will see a Tax Declarations section on the screen.

Here, you can update all your eligible deductions for tax calculation.

To edit your tax details:

1. In the Tax Declarations section, click the Edit button on the right side of the screen.
2. You will now be able to update various details, such as:
   
   • Home Rent (HRA)
   • Section 80 Deductions, including:
     • Investments
     • Education loan interest
     • Medical insurance
     • Other eligible Section 80 claims
       
   • Interest on Home Loan
   • Leave Travel Allowance (LTA)
     
3. Enter the correct details in each section as applicable to you.
4. Once done, save your updates.
   

Your admin will be able to use these details while computing your monthly TDS deductions.
